Client reports that only claim what was measured

Attensira publishes client reports for the last complete week, month or quarter: visibility per engine as X of N answers, the work shipped, before-and-after verdicts, deciding sources and next steps. Each opens on a signed link without an account and prints to PDF. A reviewer link lets your client approve or decline suggested changes.

How do client reports work?

The numbers are read from the period; the agent only writes the words around them, under your reporting standard.

  1. Schedule it

Weekly, monthly and quarterly automations publish a report for the period that just ended. Make one now by hand, or ask for one in a chat.

  2. Read the numbers, write the words

Every number comes from the workspace's data for the closed period. A sentence claiming movement or giving a percentage is refused unless a re-read proved it.

  3. Share or email it

A signed link lasts 180 days, opens without an account and prints to PDF. Email it to up to 10 recipients; a scheduled report sends once per period.

  4. Let the client approve

The reviewer link shows your client one workspace's suggested changes, and nothing else, to approve or decline with a reason. It lasts 90 days.

What numbers does a report stand on?

Counts over one window, each as X of N, never a bare percentage. These are attensira.com's own for the last 30 days, the figures a report on our workspace would carry.

What is on a client report?

Each section is read for the closed period. A section that could not be read is named under “Not read for this report”, never left out.

What is on a client report?
VisibilityPer engine, as X of N answers. Never a percentage, never a comparison with the last period.
WorkShipped, waiting and failed, from the action log.
Before and afterThe re-read verdicts, and up to 10 page changes matched to our work.
Sources and rivalsUp to 5 deciding sources, and competitors counted over the same answers.
Next stepsUp to 3, from the win plan. Markets and brand family appear when the workspace has them.
Board reportOne page for a board or CEO: goals against their pace, what shipped, what was spent in US dollars, one line on visibility.

What does a report not do?

It is built to be forwarded without editing, so it carries nothing you would have to explain away.

  • No percentages for visibility, and no period-over-period comparison of it. Counts carry their n.
  • A section that could not be read is named as not read, never shown as zero.
  • The reviewer link cannot see settings, billing, analytics or any other workspace.
  • Rotating the receipt link revokes every shared report at once. Links cannot be revoked one by one.
  • Without white label, a shared report ends with “Made with Attensira”.

What do agencies hear about client reporting?

Perplexity on 3 Oct, to “white-label AI visibility reporting for agencies”: branded PDFs and portals, sourced from LLMPulse, Ceyo and Ayzeo. Our client reports print to PDF with answers as X of N; branding them is not on offer to new accounts.

Answer · Perplexityasked

Question: white-label AI visibility reporting for agencies

Perplexity answered: White-label AI visibility reporting for agencies lets you brand reports and dashboards under your agency name, sharing client-facing insights like brand visibility, competitors, citations, and GEO metrics without exposing the underlying platform. Examples include branded PDFs or client portals with your logo, colors, and domain.

What else do people ask about client reports?

Can I white-label Attensira client reports?
Only on the Agency plan, which is no longer offered in the dashboard. Accounts on it can put their name, logo and colour on reports and shared links and remove Attensira from them. Without it, a shared report ends with “Made with Attensira”. For several brands, talk to us.
Can my client approve changes without an Attensira account?
Yes. The client reviewer link shows one workspace's suggested changes with the current and proposed text and the sources. Your client can approve, or decline with a reason. It lasts 90 days, and Google Ads spend cannot be approved through it.
What is the board report?
A one-page report for a board or CEO: goals against their pace, what shipped, what was spent in US dollars, and one line on visibility. Ask for it in a chat, or say board report in a report automation.
How often are client reports made?
Weekly reports cover the ISO week, Monday to Sunday, and run Mondays at 08:00; monthly reports cover the calendar month and run on the 1st. A quarterly review is a built-in template too.
How many brands can I run in one account?
No plan counts workspaces. Each brand is a workspace in one org, and the org's prompts, responses and credits are shared across them. The Clients page shows every workspace on one page, with bulk approval.
