Acceptable Use Policy

You can use Attensira for its intended purpose: optimizing your visibility across AI search platforms. That comes with a few ground rules.

You agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully
• Respect other people's intellectual property
• Not bypass security measures or access controls
• Not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data (unless through our official APIs)
• Provide accurate information when we ask for it
• Keep your login credentials secure

Use the product in good faith. If something feels like a gray area, it probably is.

2.1 Eligibility

You get one free trial per lifetime. One. Per person, per household, per organization, per payment method. No exceptions unless we run a specific promo that says otherwise.

A valid credit card is required to start a trial. We verify eligibility using email addresses, payment info, device identifiers, IP addresses, and other signals.

2.2 What You Can't Do During a Trial

Trials exist so you can evaluate whether Attensira works for you. They are not a window to extract maximum value and disappear.

• Burn-and-churn: Consuming all your allocated resources within 24-48 hours with no intention of subscribing
• Bulk extraction: Mass downloading reports, data, or insights to use after the trial ends
• One-shot exploitation: Running bulk operations that would normally require a paid plan, then canceling

We built the trial for genuine evaluation. Abuse it and you lose it.

2.3 Cancel During Trial = Immediate Cutoff

If you cancel during your free trial, we will immediately revoke your access. Not at the end of the trial period. Right then.

• All data, reports, and insights generated during the trial may be deleted without notice
• You will not be able to export anything after cancellation
• You will not get another trial

2.4 After the Trial

Want to keep using Attensira? Subscribe to a paid plan. If you don't, your access ends and trial data gets deleted.

3.1 General Rules

We may offer credits, referral bonuses, discounts, or other promotions from time to time. These are always:

• At our discretion — we can change or end them anytime
• Non-transferable and have no cash value
• Subject to expiration dates and specific terms

3.2 Referral Programs

If we run a referral program, don't:

• Create fake accounts to farm referral credits
• Refer yourself with alternate emails
• Use bots or scripts to generate referrals
• Spam people or mislead them into signing up
• Buy traffic to exploit the program
• Collude with others to inflate referral counts

3.3 Promo Codes

• Single-use unless stated otherwise
• Cannot be stacked with other offers unless we say so
• Sharing codes publicly (coupon sites, social media) is prohibited unless authorized

3.4 Abuse

If you game our credits, rewards, or promo systems, we will:

• Forfeit all your accumulated credits and rewards
• Reverse any discounts you received
• Bill you full price for services rendered
• Suspend or terminate your account

4.1 One Account Per Person

One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to dodge restrictions, get extra trials, or bypass usage limits will get you banned.

4.2 Account Sharing

• Don't share credentials outside your organization
• Stay within the user limit of your subscription plan
• We monitor for unusual login patterns that indicate credential sharing

4.3 Identity Verification

We may verify your identity before granting trials, applying promos, or processing refunds. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate termination.

4.4 Organization Accounts

If you sign up on behalf of a company, your company is bound by these terms. Multiple employees cannot create separate accounts to get extra trials or promos for the same org.

Do not use Attensira for any of the following.

Illegal Activities

• Anything unlawful under applicable law
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial crimes
• Intellectual property infringement

Harmful Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Impersonating people or organizations

Technical Abuse

• Unauthorized access to any part of our platform
• Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Disrupting our servers or infrastructure
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive our source code or algorithms
• Bots, scrapers, or automated tools outside our official APIs
• Circumventing rate limits or usage quotas
• Probing or scanning our systems for vulnerabilities
• Using VPNs or proxies to hide your identity for fraudulent purposes

AI Misuse

• Generating harmful, misleading, or deceptive content
• Creating content that impersonates real people without consent
• Surveillance or unauthorized monitoring
• Content designed to manipulate public opinion or interfere with elections
• Deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive

Competitive Misuse

• Building a competing product using our platform
• Benchmarking or analyzing our services for competitive intelligence without written consent
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access
• Using our insights to help competitors improve their AI visibility

Do not upload, share, or create content through Attensira that is:

• Illegal — violates any law or third-party rights (IP, privacy, publicity)
• Harmful — promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or dangerous activities
• Hateful — hate speech or attacks on people based on protected characteristics
• Explicit — sexually explicit material, child exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content
• Deceptive — misinformation, disinformation, or fraud
• Invasive — violates someone's privacy or shares personal data without consent
• Spam — unsolicited ads, promos, or repetitive junk
• Malicious — malware, phishing, or security threats

7.1 We Depend on Other Platforms

Attensira monitors and integrates with third-party AI platforms and services. These include:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Perplexity, and others
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Payment processing (Stripe)
• Analytics, monitoring, and communication tools

7.2 When They Go Down, Features May Be Affected

We are not liable for outages, data gaps, or degraded performance caused by third-party providers. This includes:

• Downtime of AI platforms we track (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
• API changes, rate limit changes, or data availability shifts from those providers
• Third-party security incidents or maintenance windows
• Network issues between us and our providers

7.3 What We Will Do

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of known outages, provide updates, and restore service as quickly as possible. But we cannot guarantee resolution times for problems outside our control.

7.4 No Refunds for Third-Party Issues

We do not issue refunds or credits for outages caused by third-party providers, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

8.1 Fair Use

Our plans come with generous limits. Use them like a normal business. That means:

• No hogging system resources
• No automating usage to inflate metrics
• No circumventing rate limits

8.2 Rate Limits and Quotas

Stay within your plan's limits. If you consistently need more, upgrade. If you try to bypass limits through technical means, we will throttle or suspend your account.

8.3 API Usage

If you use our API:

• Keep API keys secret. Do not publish or share them.
• Respect rate limits and identify your requests
• Spread bulk operations over time — no concentrated bursts
• We will revoke API access for abusive patterns

8.4 Enforcement

We monitor usage. If something looks off, we may throttle your requests, contact you, require a plan upgrade, or suspend your access.

See something wrong? Report it. We investigate every report.

Include as much detail as you can: what happened, who was involved, when it occurred, and any evidence (screenshots, URLs, etc.).

Break these rules and here is what happens, depending on severity:

• Warning — for minor or first-time violations
• Credit forfeiture — all accumulated credits, rewards, and promo benefits revoked
• Content removal — we delete violating content
• Feature restriction — limited access to specific capabilities
• Temporary suspension — your account goes on hold
• Permanent ban — account terminated, no refund, no new accounts
• Billing adjustments — we charge full price for anything you got through fraud
• Legal action — referral to law enforcement or civil litigation

For serious violations — fraud, security breaches, harming other users — we will act immediately without warning.

If we ban you, you get no refund on prepaid fees and you cannot create a new account.
