WordPress: fixes to your posts, saved as drafts

Connect WordPress and Attensira's agents change existing posts and pages one field at a time, such as a meta description, a title or a post's body, saved as a draft revision that waits in your Inbox. Approving it sets the post to published. New articles cannot be created in WordPress yet; they go to Notion or to you.

What can the crew do once WordPress is connected?

Fix posts and pages that already exist, one field at a time.

  • Web engineer agentWeb engineer

Rewrites a meta description, a title or an Open Graph tag on a post or page.

  • Copywriter agentCopywriter

Rewrites the body of a post where AI answers read it wrong.

  • Writer agentWriter

Writes new articles, which go to your Notion blog when Notion is connected, or come to you as a copy to paste.

  • Analyst agentAnalyst

Records every write as a page change with a link, and measures the before and after once it is live.

Where does a new article go on WordPress?

Fixes to existing posts are saved as draft revisions. New articles go to your Notion blog when Notion is connected, or come to you as a copy to paste, so nothing new appears on the site unasked.

How do I connect WordPress?

The sign-in happens at WordPress. Attensira never sees your password.

  1. Step 1

    Open Connectors

In your workspace, open Customize → Connectors.

  2. Step 2

    Connect WordPress

    Find WordPress and press Connect.

  3. Step 3

    Authorise at WordPress

Sign in at WordPress and authorise the connection.

  4. Step 4

    Choose the account

Pick the site or account when asked. The row then shows Connected.

  5. Step 5

    Check the path list

It decides which pages Act mode may publish to on its own, and starts at your docs and content directories.

What can't the crew do in WordPress?

It edits what exists. It cannot create a post yet, and it never deletes one.

After your yes, it can

  • Write one field on an existing post or page
  • Set a post's status to published

Never

  • Create a new post: the connection can edit posts but not create one
  • Delete a page or post
  • Ask for delete permission
  • Write over a field your team changed since the proposal

When does a WordPress fix go live?

Every change is a draft revision first. New workspaces start in Draft.

Ask or Draft
The fix is saved as a draft revision and waits in your Inbox. When you approve, the post is set to published.
Act
A hygiene change goes out without asking only if it carries no claim, the page is inside the paths you allowed, and the workspace is still in Act when it writes.
Anything with a claim
A price, a number with a unit, a promise or a competitor's name waits for your yes in every mode, Act included.

What does a page update on WordPress have to beat?

The answer as it reads today. This one quotes a rival's FAQ for a question Ledgerly's guide also answers, two scrolls down. The update rewrites the guide's opening so the answer can lift it.

Question: how long should a freelancer keep invoices

ChatGPT answered: According to Billmate's FAQ, keep invoices for as long as your tax authority requires, often between six and ten years.

Questions about WordPress

Can Attensira write new blog posts in WordPress?
Not yet. The connection Attensira uses can edit posts that exist but cannot create one. An article written for a WordPress site goes to your Notion blog when Notion is connected, and otherwise comes to you as a copy: paste it into WordPress and mark it shipped with its URL.
What does Attensira change in WordPress?
One field at a time on a post or page that already exists: a meta description, a title, an Open Graph tag or the body of a post. Each change is saved as a draft revision in your own editor.
Does Attensira publish WordPress changes without approval?
Not unless you switch the workspace to Act, and then only safe hygiene changes on pages inside the paths you allowed. New workspaces start in Draft, where nothing is published until you approve it.
What if someone edits the post before I approve?
Attensira reads the field again immediately before writing. If it no longer holds what the proposal was made against, it does not write, and the item comes back to your Inbox with a fresh diff.
Does Attensira need my WordPress password?
No. You sign in and authorise the connection on WordPress's side, and Attensira never sees your password. You can disconnect at any time from the same screen.
What if I connect both WordPress and Webflow?
Attensira works out which one a page belongs to from the page's own URL, so a fix to a WordPress post lands in WordPress and a fix to a Webflow page lands in Webflow. Each change still waits in the same Inbox.
How do I know whether a WordPress fix worked?
Every write is recorded as a page change with a link. Once it is live, Attensira re-reads the tracked prompts attached to it at +7, +14 and +30 days and shows the verdict in Deliverables, with the sample size. A change inside the noise is reported as no change, not as a win.
