Webflow: page fixes and new articles, as drafts

Connect Webflow and Attensira's agents change existing pages one field at a time, such as a meta description, a title, an Open Graph tag or a post's body, and create new articles as draft items in your blog collection. Every change waits in your Inbox for approval. Attensira never publishes a new article: you publish it in Webflow.

Publish to Webflow as draft. Approving creates a draft item in your blog collection with the title, a slug and the body as rich text.

What can the crew do once Webflow is connected?

Fix the pages you have, one field at a time, and file new articles as drafts.

  • Web engineer agentWeb engineer

Rewrites a meta description, a title or an Open Graph tag on a page that already exists.

  • Copywriter agentCopywriter

Rewrites the body of a post where AI answers read it wrong.

  • Writer agentWriter

Writes new articles and, once you approve, creates each one as a draft item in your blog collection.

  • Analyst agentAnalyst

Once you mark a new article shipped with its live URL, re-reads its tracked prompts to measure the before and after.

What can the crew change on a page that already exists?

Besides new articles, the crew rewrites a meta description, a title or an Open Graph tag, or the body of a post that AI answers read wrong. Every change goes to Webflow as a draft first.

  1. Step 1

    Open Connectors

In your workspace, open Customize → Connectors.

  2. Step 2

    Connect Webflow

    Find Webflow and press Connect.

  3. Step 3

    Authorise at Webflow

Sign in at Webflow and authorise the connection.

  4. Step 4

    Choose the site

Pick the site when asked. You come back to your workspace with the row showing Connected.

  5. Step 5

    Check the path list

It decides which pages Act mode may publish to on its own, and starts at your docs and content directories.

What will the crew never do in Webflow?

It never deletes, and it never publishes a new article.

After your yes, it can

  • Write one field on an existing page or post
  • Publish the site so an approved field change goes live
  • Create a new article as an unpublished draft item

Never

  • Publish a new article, in any mode
  • Publish the site for a new article
  • Delete a page: a URL somebody links to stays
  • Ask for delete permission

When does a Webflow change go live?

Every change is a draft first. New workspaces start in Draft.

Ask or Draft
The change is written as a CMS draft and waits in your Inbox. When you approve, Attensira publishes the site.
Act
A hygiene change goes out without asking only if it carries no claim, the page is inside the paths you allowed, and the workspace is still in Act when it writes.
New articles
Always wait for a person's yes, and approving only creates the draft item. You publish it in Webflow.

How does a new article land in Webflow?

Only where it can land cleanly. If it cannot, it is not sent and you are told why.

Which collection
The collection named like a blog with a rich text field for the body, or the only collection with a rich text field. If that is unclear, the article goes to Notion when Notion is connected, and otherwise comes to you as a copy to paste.
One article per slug
Approving twice, or a retry, finds the item already there and creates no second one. A different item at the same slug is never written over.
No raw HTML
The body is converted from Markdown with raw HTML switched off, so a tag or script quoted from a web page is dropped, not stored.
If the page changed
The field is read again just before writing. If someone on your team edited it, nothing is written and the item comes back with a fresh diff.

Which answer does a page fix in Webflow aim at?

One the site should have been quoted in. This answer names two rival tools and cites a comparison page; Ledgerly's own page says the same thing further down, so the fix moves it to the first sentence.

Questions about Webflow

Does Attensira publish my Webflow site?
For a field change you approved, yes: in Webflow, putting the change live means publishing the site. For a new article, never. Approving an article only creates a draft item in your blog collection, and it waits there until you publish it.
Which Webflow collection do new articles go to?
The collection named like a blog that has a rich text field for the body, or the only collection with a rich text field. If several could be your blog, or a required field would need an invented value, the article is not sent to Webflow and you are told why.
Can Attensira delete a Webflow page?
No. It never deletes a page and never asks for delete permission. A URL somebody links to is not something an automation gets to remove.
What if I connect both Webflow and WordPress?
Attensira works out which one a page belongs to from the page's own URL, and writes the change there.
What does a Webflow change look like in my receipt?
Every write is recorded as a page change with a link to the page or the draft. A draft is recorded as a draft: Attensira never writes published about something nobody can see yet.
