How do I connect Search Console?

Connect it and choose the property for this workspace's site.

How fresh are the Search Console numbers?

As fresh as Google reports them, and kept longer than Google keeps them.

First pull
All sixteen months Google keeps, oldest first, at up to 30 days an hour. A full history takes most of a day.
Every day
The day three days back, plus the two days before it again, where provisional figures settle. A re-pull replaces a day, never adds to it.
Beyond 16 months
Once a day is stored, Attensira keeps it, so your history grows past Google's own window.
Page totals
Stored whole, including impressions for queries Google anonymises. Query detail keeps the top 5,000 rows a day and is a floor on busy days.

What does a search for the category get from AI?

Search Console counts clicks; it cannot see this. Perplexity on 3 Oct, to “AI search visibility software”, answers from Searchable and Semrush pages and names us nowhere. Attensira reads the answers; Search Console adds the clicks beside them.

Questions about Google Search Console

Why connect Search Console to Attensira?
So each page's Google clicks, impressions and position sit beside its AI citations, so shipped changes can be measured in Google as well as in AI answers, and so rank tracking and search goals have something to read. Without it, every Google column reads as not connected, never as zero.
How much Search Console history does Attensira pull?
All sixteen months Google keeps, oldest first, because those are the days about to be lost. After that it keeps every day it has stored, so your history grows past Google's own sixteen months.
Can Attensira change anything in Search Console?
No. The connector's Can line reads Nothing yet: it reads queries, positions, impressions, clicks, sitemaps and index status, and no agent can change anything there.
Why do the newest days show no Search Console data?
Google reports with a lag of a few days, and a day's first figures still change for a day or two. Days Google has not reported read as not recorded, not as days with no clicks.
Does rank tracking need Search Console?
Yes. Tracked searches are seeded from Search Console: the searches that brought at least 10 impressions over four weeks fill up to 50 slots, and a workspace tracks at most 100. Without Search Console there is nothing to seed from.
