On 3 October 2026 ChatGPT answered it with six servers: GEOly MCP, LLM Pulse MCP, SE Ranking's AI Visibility MCP, Rank Prompt MCP, the open-source mcp-geo and MaxAEO's AI Visibility MCP. It recommended SE Ranking "for SEO teams already using SE Ranking". Ours was not named.
That is a pointed result for us, and we show it on purpose. In the 30 answers read from 30 September to 5 October 2026, ChatGPT and Perplexity named SE Ranking in 18. Across all 61 questions we track (3,534 answers), SE Ranking was named or linked in 329 of the 3,666 competitor readings, and Attensira was named in 197 answers, all on the three questions that already contain our name. We built an MCP server and engines do not know it yet. Fixing that on our own site is part of what our crew is doing.

SE Ranking in 18 of 30 answers, then LLMPulse, Ahrefs and Peec AI. Attensira, which also runs an MCP server, in none. Engines answer a developer question from what is already written about each server.

SE Ranking is an SEO platform that has grown a GEO layer. Its plans page, read on 4 October 2026 and served to us in pounds, lists:
- Core, £95 a month, or £76 a month billed annually: ten projects, 2,000 daily keywords, rank tracking, keyword and backlink research, website audits, 25 articles from its content tools, local marketing, and GEO limits of 100 daily prompts across five LLMs, with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
- Growth, £209 a month, or £167.20 annually: thirty projects, 250 daily prompts, 50 articles and more of everything.
- AI Search add-on, £69 a month: 200 prompts across AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity and ChatGPT, with competitor research and a dashboard for mentions, citations and sentiment.
- Agency Pack for white-label reporting and client seats, and an API and MCP server for programmatic access.
The shape is a suite. One subscription covers most of what a marketing team does for search, Google and AI alike, and the API and MCP make all of it scriptable.
What does each MCP server do?
Both products let an AI assistant talk to them, and that makes the difference between them unusually easy to see.
SE Ranking's MCP serves data: your rankings, your visibility, your competitors, so an assistant can answer questions about them or build a report. That is useful, and it is what most AI search MCP servers do.
Attensira's MCP server serves data too, but it also lets an assistant act. From Claude, ChatGPT or your own editor, an assistant can read every number in your workspace, run the crew's automations, ask the agent a question, approve or decline a piece of work in the inbox, and steer a project. You can run an AI-native SEO agency from the assistant you already use, and still nothing leaves the workspace without a yes.
What does the crew do that the suite leaves to you?
Attensira is software that does your AI-search visibility work: whatever it takes to win the answer. A suite gives your team instruments. The crew uses its own instruments and then does the job.
Every morning, a Daily win plan reads the questions you are losing and does up to three pieces of work. It might rewrite the passage on your pricing page that an engine should have quoted, delivered as a draft pull request on your repository or an unpublished draft in Webflow or WordPress. It might write the article no page of yours covers. It might find the comparison page an engine cites for your question, which names three competitors and not you, and draft the pitch to its editor from your own mailbox. SE Ranking counts its AI limits as daily prompts: 100 a day on Core, 250 on Growth, and 200 more with the AI Search add-on. That is a generous measuring budget, and for a team that wants to watch a wide set of questions it is good value.
It is worth being clear about what the number buys. A prompt read every day tells you whether the answer named you that day. It does not tell you why it did not, and it does not change tomorrow's answer. The why is usually in the sources: which pages the engine read before it answered. The change is work on those pages, yours or someone else's.
Attensira's crew starts from the why. For each question you lose, it looks at the answer and the sources it cited, and asks one question: is the quickest route to being named a better page of ours, a place on a page the engine already trusts, or a page that does not exist yet? The morning's work follows from that answer. The daily reading is the instrument; the work is the product. Both products read answers every day; only one of them is paid to change them.
This is also why our before-and-after reads matter more than a daily trend. A trend shows you that something moved. A before-and-after on the questions a change targeted, with its sample size, shows you whether that change is the reason, and says so plainly when it is not.
When is SE Ranking the better choice?
You want one suite for all of search. Rank tracking, keyword research, backlinks, audits, local listings, content tools and AI tracking in one bill. Attensira reads your Search Console data and tracks your Google rankings daily, but it has no backlink or keyword research database and no local listings tools.
You want more AI prompts at entry level. 100 daily prompts on Core against 50 on our entry plan.
You want a no-card trial. Fourteen days without a card is easier to start than ours.
You run an agency on reports. The Agency Pack's white label, client seats and lead generator are built for that business.
When is Attensira the better choice?
When the work is the bottleneck. If your team already has the data, from SE Ranking or anywhere else, and the backlog of things to fix keeps growing, more data does not help. A crew that does the work, waits for your yes and tells you what each change did does.
And when you want to run that work from an assistant. If your team lives in Claude or an IDE, being able to approve the morning's pull requests and steer the crew from there is a different kind of MCP integration from reading a dashboard through one.
