The Attensira Index
Which brands AI assistants name, by software category
The Attensira Index reads, every week, which brands ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overview name when a buyer asks about a software category, and publishes one leaderboard per category. Every figure is a count over a two-week window of answers, carries its n, and is withheld rather than approximated when n is too small.

Who moved this week?
The largest moves across every category: a brand whose share of answers moved by 10 points or more between last week's window and this week's.
No brand moved by 10 points or more this week.
What else do people ask?
How is a leaderboard counted?
Every week each category is read on a rotating four of its eight buying questions, on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overview, once each. No question names a brand. Every question is read once every two weeks, so each figure is counted over a two-week window of up to 32 answers and carries its n. A read that fails is left out of n, never counted as "not named".
Why is a figure missing?
A figure counted over too few answers is withheld, not approximated. A leaderboard is published when its window has 16 answers or more; one engine's figures for a brand are published when that engine's n is 8 or more. A withheld figure shows as a dash.
What is a mover?
A brand whose share of answers moved by 10 percentage points or more between last week's window and this week's. A move is published only when both windows are publishable, with both shares and both n.
Can a brand leave the Index?
Yes, with no account: send the brand's domain and an email address at that domain to the opt-out endpoint, then press the button in the confirmation email. The brand is removed from every leaderboard within 10 minutes and stays out of later ones. The other brands keep their positions.
