> Free tools that read a real URL and show their working: AI crawler access, page structure and tokens, schema, sitemaps, llms.txt and who AI cites.

- Canonical page: https://attensira.com/tools
- Source: converted from this page's own HTML. It carries no claim
records, because the page is not a content-pipeline entity.

Attensira's free tools each take a real URL, prompt or domain and hand back evidence, not a score: what AI crawlers can fetch, how a page is structured and tokenised, whether your schema, sitemap and llms.txt hold up, and which pages the assistants cite. None needs a signup; the one slow tool asks where to send the result.

## What does the answer citation checker hand back?

The answer and every page it cited, in order. This stored Perplexity answer to “what is GPTBot” cites a trade-news site and a marketing blog first, and none of OpenAI’s own pages. In 30 days Perplexity cited attensira.com in none of its 33 answers to this question; ChatGPT cited it in 12 of 33. The checker runs the same read on your question.

Answer · Perplexity asked 4 Oct 2026

Question: what is GPTBot

Perplexity answered: GPTBot is OpenAI’s web crawler used to collect publicly available content that may be used to train OpenAI’s foundation models; it is not the same as the live ChatGPT fetch or search indexers.

## What else do people ask?

### Are the tools really free?

Yes. No signup and no card. The instant tools answer in seconds. The answer citation checker takes minutes and asks for a name and an email to send the result to; the report itself is a public link anyone can read.

### Why do the tools give findings instead of a score?

Because a score needs a weighting, and nobody outside the AI engines knows how they weigh a missing heading against a missing source. Each tool names the rule it applied and quotes the text it applied it to, so you can decide what matters.

### Did you run them on your own site?

Yes. Each tool page shows a run on attensira.com from 4 October 2026, including what our own site fails: no Wikidata item, statistics with a date and no source, and a guide template that skips a heading level. The llms.txt validator found 25 errors in our own file; we fixed it and re-ran it on 5 October. The answer citation checker shows our own tracked answers instead.

### How are these different from Attensira itself?

A tool checks one page or one question once. Attensira is software that does your AI-search visibility work: it reads the answers to your buyers' questions on a schedule, finds where you are missing, and its crew of AI agents does the work to change it, with your approval.

### Where should I start?

With the free audit: it asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overview eight buying questions about your category and shows who they name. Then the crawler URL inspector, to check that the pages you want cited can be fetched at all.
