For a marketing lead, Attensira is software that does the AI-search visibility work: it reads how often AI answers name you against your competitors, gives the crew a monthly budget you control to do the work, and re-reads every change you ship with its sample size, so the report you take upstairs holds up.

## How does a marketing lead run it?

Like any channel: a baseline, a budget, a read on what moved.

1. Step 1:

   ### Set the baseline

Your prompts, read every day in each engine your plan includes, with your competitors named in the same answers. That is the before.
2. Step 2:

   ### Fund the work

Set a monthly budget. It is the ceiling on what the crew's work can be charged, and Costs shows it by project and by kind of work.
3. Step 3:

   ### Report what moved

Each change is re-read at +7, +14 and +30 days and gets a verdict with its n. The board report covers the month's work and goal pace.

## What does the first week look like?

Use the trial week for your baseline and a first look at the work: it comes with $30 of credits (3,000 credits), so beside the answer grid and your share against rivals the agent drafts real fixes you approve or not. Outreach, automations and top-ups start after the trial.

[The trial, day by day](https://attensira.com/trial)

1. Before the card

   ### Your domain, then a free scan

You give your website. The agents read it and propose your business, competitors and starter prompts for you to correct, and a free scan shows how often AI answers name you, usually before you are asked for a card.
2. Today

   ### Card checked, nothing charged

Checkout states the charge before it takes the card. The Starter plan fee is not charged until the trial ends.
3. Day 1

   ### First answers in your workspace

The moment the trial starts, every prompt you track is read on every engine your plan includes, and you watch the rows fill in. The first report lands once half the reads are in, or after twenty minutes. After that, every prompt is read once a day.
4. Days 1 to 7

   ### The answer grid

One row per prompt, one cell per engine: named and linked, named, lost to a rival, or absent. Each cell is read from the answers that came back, and says how many there were.
5. Days 1 to 7

   ### The sources behind each answer

For every prompt on every engine, the pages the answers leaned on, ranked by weight rather than raw citations, and whose each one is: yours, a competitor's, or someone else's.
6. Days 1 to 7

   ### What is missing, and why

A read that failed says so instead of counting as a zero. A cell with nothing to read is drawn as not measured, never as a loss, and says why: not read yet, every read failed, or no answers came back.
7. Days 1 to 7

   ### The agent drafts real fixes

The trial includes $30 of credits (3,000 credits), and the agent spends them on real work for what the readings found: a rewrite, a page fix, an answer passage. Each draft waits in your Inbox with what it found and why. Approve what you like. Nothing ships without your yes, unless you let a lane ship on its own.
8. Day 7

   ### The trial ends, and the plan starts

The Starter plan fee, $129 a month, is charged on day 8 unless you cancelled first. Then the plan's own credits start, and with them outreach, automations and top-ups. Cancel in the app before the trial ends and the plan fee is never charged. No call to book, no email to send.

What waits for a marketing lead's yes?

## Nothing ships without your yes, unless you let a lane ship on its own.

- Three modes: Ask, Draft, Act. Draft is the default, so everything that would leave the workspace waits for you.
- Claims wait in every mode: a number, a price, a product or competitor name, a promise.
- An approval the crew asks for waits up to 7 days. If you never answer, the run goes on without doing that thing.

## Where does a marketing lead see the work?

- Costs: The month in dollars against your budget, by project, kind of work and workspace, with committed against delivered. Never charged for work that never ran.
- Deliverables: Every piece of work, where it lives and what it did, from an article to a pitch draft. Nothing listed as live that is not.
- Reports: A board report with the month's work and goal pace, and what it does not claim. No movement a re-read did not show.

## How else does a marketing team add this channel?

The real competitor is the week nobody has.

| Option | What it looks like |
| --- | --- |
| Do it yourself | A content marketer splits the week between the blog, the newsletter and now AI answers. |
| Hire an agency | A new agency line item, reported in their numbers and on their schedule. |
| Buy a dashboard | A visibility chart for the board deck, and no one funded to move it. |
| The crew | A budget you set buys the work; every change carries its own before and after. |

## What does it cost?

A plan fee for monitoring, and credits for the work. Every number here comes from the price list the app itself uses.

- The Starter trial is 7 days with $30 of credits (3,000 credits): you watch your readings come in and the agent draft real fixes, and you approve what you like. Outreach, automations and top-ups start after the trial. Card required; cancel in the app before it ends and nothing is charged. Upgrade in the app under Settings → Billing.
- Starter samples each prompt once a reading (n=1) on 4 engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI. Growth and Business sample 3 times and add Gemini, so a real movement proves out sooner.
- Credits pay for the crew's work: the more credits you buy, the more work it can do, inside a monthly budget you set.
- We do the work and charge only the credits it used, never a promise of outcomes or of a set volume.

## What if it doesn't work, and what can it touch?

### If it is not for you

- Cancel in the app before the trial ends and nothing is charged. The trial's drafts wait for you: Nothing ships without your yes, unless you let a lane ship on its own.
- A pull request is a proposal: close it and the change is gone. A CMS change is a draft until you publish it.
- Your receipt lists everything the crew did, and says plainly when nothing is proven yet.

### What it can touch

- Only the repositories you pick, through the GitHub App. A fresh branch per change, never your default branch, never your CI.
- In your CMS, drafts in your own editor. A new article is never published for you.
- Pitches as drafts in your own mailbox. Nothing is sent from an Attensira domain.

### What it never touches

- Code, source files, CI configuration, lockfiles and dotfiles, in any mode, even with a yes.
- Mail from your domain, money or anything irreversible, without an explicit yes.
- Its own approvals: an agent never approves its own work, and only a person raises what it may do alone.

## What do marketing leads ask before starting?

### How do I explain the cost to finance?

Two lines: the plan fee for monitoring, and a monthly budget for the work. The budget is a ceiling, not a prepayment, and Costs shows it by project and kind of work. [In the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/account/costs#the-breakdown)

### Do I pay for a set amount of work?

No. We do the work and charge only the credits it used, never a promise of outcomes or of a set volume. A budget is a spend limit in credits, not a number of pieces. [In the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/account/plans#what-a-budget-does-not-buy)

### Can I prove a change worked?

You can show what the engines answered before and after, with the sample size. At one sample a reading, most moves will not clear the significance gate and read as no proven change. [In the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/reference/limitations#why-a-small-sample-shows-no-proven-change)

### Does it fit with our Google reporting?

Connect Search Console and clicks, impressions and positions sit beside the AI answers for the same pages. [In the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/measure/google-search#connecting-search-console)

### Can we keep pricing and product claims tightly controlled?

Yes. Claims wait for a yes in every mode, and a project, such as one that writes about pricing, can be held to a stricter rule than the rest of the workspace. [In the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/agent/approval#projects-can-be-stricter)

### Can we track more than one country?

Yes. A workspace can be read in up to five markets, so each country's answers are measured on their own. [In the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/tracking/markets#what-is-a-market)
