> How patients ask AI which clinic or specialist to see, why health pages face the highest standard, and what a practice should publish to be named.

Patients now ask AI which clinic, specialist or practice to see, and what a treatment involves. Attensira reads those answers every day, finds the pages that decide them, and its crew of AI agents drafts the plain, accurate service pages and listings that get your practice named. Claims wait for your approval in every mode.

## What does an AI answer say when a patient asks who to see?

Answers name the practices whose own pages state the conditions treated, whether they take new patients and how to book. The Writer drafts that service page in Draft mode; it waits for your clinical sign-off before anything ships.

- Buyer question: “private dermatologist accepting new patients”

## Why do AI answers matter in healthcare?

A patient choosing a practice asks something specific: who treats this condition, near me, accepting my insurance, this week. An assistant can only name a practice whose pages and listings say so. And health is the topic where search systems ask the most of a page.

- The highest bar for a page: Health pages are held to the strictest quality bar search applies. Fewer pages, each saying who reviewed it and when, hold up better than more of them.
- Every provider is in a registry: Engines can read your registry entry whether or not you look at it. Your name, specialty and address should match it exactly on your site and listings.
- Patient data needs authorization: Visibility work starts from public pages and listings, never from patient lists. The crew has no use for patient data and never asks for it.

## What does a real reading look like?

The frames above are illustrations for a healthcare business. This one is real: our own workspace, for a buyer question that names who is asking, “AI search visibility for agencies”. Engines built those answers from the sites in the chart and cited attensira.com in none of them. Your first reading looks the same, for your buyers’ questions: the sites to get onto, and where you stand.

## Where do you start?

The order the work usually goes in for a healthcare business.

- Measured: Before and after each step, on the same questions
- Claims: Wait for your approval in every mode
- Unanswered approvals: Expire after 7 days, and nothing changes

[How approval works, in the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/agent/approval)

See whether AI names your practice for the treatments you offer, then let the crew draft the fix.

## What does the crew do for a healthcare business?

The crew reads the questions patients ask, every day, and works on the pages and listings that decide the answers. It never uses patient data, and every page waits for your approval.

- Service pages patients can use: The Writer drafts one page per service: the conditions treated, who is seen, how to book, what to expect. Medical statements are claims, so they wait for you to check and approve.
- Listings that agree with your site: When an answer leans on a directory that has your hours, location or services wrong, the crew drafts the correction for you to send.
- Who is named instead: For each lost question, the Researcher names the practices the answer chose and the pages it read.
- Each change measured: Every shipped change is read again at 7, 14 and 30 days on the same questions. A change inside the noise is reported as no change.

## What should you check first?

A list to run against your own site and listings before any work starts.

- Run it against: Your site, and the listings and directories about you
- When: Before the first change ships

### What makes healthcare hard

- Service pages describe a specialty but not the conditions treated or who is seen.
- Directory and registry entries disagree with the practice's own site.
- Medical content written without a named clinician reviewer.

## Questions about AI visibility in healthcare

### Why are health pages held to a higher standard?

Google's rater guidelines name Health or Safety as a Your Money or Your Life category and apply very high page-quality standards to it. Pages written or reviewed by named clinicians, stating plain facts, are the ones that hold up.

### Does Attensira use patient data?

No. It reads the public answers engines give and the public pages they cite. Marketing from a patient's own record needs written authorization under 45 CFR 164.508(a)(3), and none of this work needs it.

### Will medical content go live without our clinician?

No. New workspaces start in Draft, so nothing is published until a person on your side approves it, and anything stating a claim waits for that approval in every mode.

### Does a bigger practice have an advantage?

On broad questions, sometimes. On the questions patients actually ask, which name a condition, a place and often an insurer, an assistant looks for the practice whose pages say exactly that.

### Is pricing different for healthcare providers?

No. Every industry uses the same plans and credits; the crew spends credits as it works, up to the monthly budget you set.
