> How students and parents ask AI which program to choose, why public outcome data shapes the answer, and what an institution should publish.

Students and parents now ask AI which program, school or course to choose, and what it costs and leads to. Attensira reads those answers every day, finds the pages that decide them, and its crew of AI agents drafts the program pages and listings that get you named. Claims wait for your approval.

## What does an AI answer say when a student compares programs?

Answers compare programs on cost, schedule and outcomes, from pages that state them. The Writer drafts the program page from your published figures; any number on it waits for your approval.

- Buyer question: “online MBA I can finish in two years”

## Why do AI answers matter in education?

A student comparing programs asks about cost, entry requirements, outcomes and fit. In the US, an assistant can answer some of that from public federal data without reading your site at all. What it cannot get from that data is what your program is like, who it suits and what it asks of a student. That has to be on your pages.

- Outcomes are public data: An assistant can compare you on cost and outcomes from federal data without your help. Your program pages should state the same figures, so the two sources agree.
- .edu is a credential: The domain signals eligibility in a way a .com cannot. A provider without it has to state its accreditation, and who grants it, in plain words on the page.
- Records move to the student: Visibility work starts from public pages: programs, fees and outcomes. Student records never enter it, whoever holds the rights to them.

## What does a real reading look like?

The frames above are illustrations for an education business. This one is real: our own workspace, for a buyer question that names who is asking, “AI search visibility for agencies”. Engines built those answers from the sites in the chart and cited attensira.com in none of them. Your first reading looks the same, for your buyers’ questions: the sites to get onto, and where you stand.

## Where do you start?

The order the work usually goes in for an education business.

- Measured: Before and after each step, on the same questions
- Claims: Wait for your approval at every autonomy level
- Undo: For 30 days after a change ships

[How autonomy levels work, in the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/agent/autonomy-levels)

See whether AI names your programs, then let the crew draft program pages that answer the question.

## What does the crew do for an education business?

The crew reads the questions students and parents ask, every day, and works on the pages that decide the answers. Fees, dates and outcomes are claims, so they wait for your approval.

- Programme pages that answer questions: The Writer drafts the parts of a program page students ask about: who it suits, entry requirements, cost, format, what graduates go on to do, stated in text.
- Consistent with the public data: Where public outcome data exists, your pages should agree with it or explain the difference. The Writer drafts that explanation for your team to check.
- Course directories and rankings: When an answer leans on a directory with out-of-date details, the crew drafts the correction for you to send from your mailbox.
- Read in each country you recruit from: Add markets, and the same questions are read country by country, in the language students there ask in.

## What should you check first?

A list to run against your own site and listings before any work starts.

- Run it against: Your site, and the listings and directories about you
- When: Before the first change ships

### What makes education hard

- Programme pages list modules but not who the course is for or what it leads to.
- Fees, entry requirements and dates are in PDFs that engines read poorly.
- Third-party course directories describe programs out of date.

## Questions about AI visibility in education

### Does a .edu domain help with AI visibility?

It signals eligibility: IANA records .edu as a sponsored domain with EDUCAUSE as the sponsor. It does not answer a student's question, though. A program page that states cost, entry, format and outcomes is what an assistant can quote.

### Buyers can compare us on federal data. Does our page matter?

Yes. College Scorecard covers cost, aid and outcomes, not what a program is like or who it suits. Your page is the only source for that, and it should agree with the public numbers.

### Does FERPA limit this work?

Not this work. FERPA governs education records, and rights over them pass to the student at 18 or on entering postsecondary education. AI visibility work uses public pages and public answers, never student records.

### Will anything be published without our review?

No. New workspaces start in Draft, so nothing leaves the workspace until you approve it, and anything stating a fee, a date or an outcome waits for your yes in every mode.

### Is pricing different for education?

No. Every industry uses the same plans and credits; the crew spends credits as it works, up to the monthly budget you set.
