> How guests ask AI where to stay, eat or drink, why discovery is per location, and what each hotel, restaurant or bar should publish to be named.

Guests now ask AI where to stay, eat or drink, near them, tonight. Attensira reads those answers every day for each location, finds the pages and listings that decide them, and its crew of AI agents drafts the location pages and listing fixes that get you named. Claims wait for your approval.

## What does an AI answer say when a guest asks where to eat?

Answers cite pages that state the menu, hours and policies in text. The Writer drafts the location page in Draft mode; the listing fixes wait for your approval too.

- Buyer question: “family restaurant open late on Sundays”

## Why do AI answers matter in hospitality?

A guest asks for somewhere specific: a quiet hotel near the station with parking, a restaurant that takes a group of ten on a Sunday. An assistant answers per location, from the venue's own pages, its listings, its reviews and the booking platforms. Three facts about the sector shape what it finds.

- The booking giant is a gatekeeper: A property whose only detailed description lives on an intermediary's page is asking an assistant to summarise a page it does not control. Your own page needs the facts a guest decides on.
- Ratings sit on the door: An inspector's rating is a public fact an assistant can repeat about your venue, whatever your menu page says. State it on your own page, current, for each premises.
- Found per location: At roughly eighteen staff per establishment, this is a sector of single places. Guests ask for a place near them, so each location needs its own address, hours and rating.

## What does a real reading look like?

The frames above are illustrations for a hospitality business. This one is real: our own workspace, for a buyer question that names who is asking, “AI search visibility for agencies”. Engines built those answers from the sites in the chart and cited attensira.com in none of them. Your first reading looks the same, for your buyers’ questions: the sites to get onto, and where you stand.

## Where do you start?

The order the work usually goes in for a hospitality business.

- Measured: Before and after each step, on the same questions
- Claims: Wait for your approval in every mode
- Unanswered approvals: Expire after 7 days, and nothing changes

[How approval works, in the docs](https://docs.attensira.com/agent/approval)

See whether AI names your venue for what guests ask, then let the crew fix the pages and listings.

## What does the crew do for a hospitality business?

The crew reads the questions guests ask, location by location, every day, and works on the pages and listings that decide the answers. Prices, ratings and claims wait for your approval.

- One page per location: The Writer drafts a page for each location that answers what guests ask: where it is, opening hours, what is on the menu or in the rooms, groups, accessibility, parking, dogs.
- Listings that agree: When an answer leans on a listing with the wrong hours, menu or address, the crew drafts the correction for you to make or send.
- The guides and roundups answers cite: When a local guide or 'best of' list decides an answer, the crew drafts the pitch to its author, sent from your mailbox after you approve it.
- Each market and language: For venues with international guests, the same questions can be read country by country, in the language guests ask in.

## What should you check first?

A list to run against your own site and listings before any work starts.

- Run it against: Your site, and the listings and directories about you
- When: Before the first change ships

### What makes hospitality hard

- One page for every location, so no single location can be named.
- Menus, rooms and policies as images or PDFs that engines read poorly.
- Listings on maps, review and booking sites that disagree with each other.

## Questions about AI visibility in hospitality

### We have fifteen locations. Do we need fifteen pages?

Yes. Guests ask about a place, and an assistant answers per location. One page per location, with its own address, hours and details, gives each one something to be named from.

### Why does Booking's gatekeeper designation matter?

The European Commission designated Booking a Digital Markets Act gatekeeper on 13 May 2024, so the platform most bookings run through is regulated as a gatekeeper. Your own page is the one source about you that no intermediary controls.

### Should a restaurant publish its hygiene rating on its site?

It is a public fact about the venue either way. In Wales, displaying a valid rating at the premises as prescribed is a legal duty. Stating it on your page keeps what an assistant reads consistent with what the inspector published.

### Will Attensira post reviews or change our listings itself?

No. It never writes reviews. Listing corrections and pitches are drafted for you to approve and send, and new workspaces start in Draft, so nothing is published without you.

### Is pricing different for hospitality?

No. Every industry uses the same plans and credits; the crew spends credits as it works, up to the monthly budget you set.
